This book turned out to be just what I needed. I didn't know how to cook the various types of squash. This book gave me some nice basic recipes that were easy to follow with some nice color photos. To me the photos are important when dealing with food I don't know anything about. I also like the sections that explained the different types of squashes and categorized them into Winter and Summer. Overall it is a very informative book.
