Actor Erie Lake is very rich and very famous. But he hates his job. Anybody could do it, he says. Even Jake. So Jake and Lake switch bodies. Soon Jake is taking a limo to school and is surrounded by cameras, fans, and girls. He has a bodyguard and a personal trainer. Jake is a pretty good actor, too. And Erie Lake gets jealous. Lake wants Jake to switch back for good. But can he stop Jake from stealing the show?
