Folklore book from a husband and wife team. All about digging deeply through the rich field of Southern folklore, the authors have discovered that a dog's devotion to it's human does not always end at the grave.
A must read for dog lovers!!

A wonderful book that focuses exactly on what the title claims. Anyone from the South can tell you that dogs hold a special place in our lives and this book relates stories that show the connection lives even after death of the pet. Some of the stories are a little creepy, but most are sweet, heart-warming stories. The old pictures included in the book are a delight to look at as well.
