I *think* I'm doing this right, if I"m not, please let me know! I am a volunteer for a program that sends books to our military and veterans... and i have a local library that brings me their withdrawn and retired or unusable books. However, the military folks don't want romance novels and now I find myself in possession of an inordinate amount of them... some are former library books, some must have been donated. I'm trying to cull out the grossly smelling ones (some are so heavily smoky it's giving me a headache), others are just slightly... off. All are postable under the conditions of PBS... I still have one more box to post... but, what I'd really like is for someone to stop by my book list and help me purge it. :). (Oh, you can take some of my personal books too! They are non-smoker home books). I'm happy to do any kind of deal at this point, just to get them out of my garage.... I'll keep working on posting the remaining box, but figured I'd *hopefully* get some traffic over there now.... Thanks! PS If you're interested, please send me a PM... I'm not entirely sure I'll manage to keep up with this thread and I sure don't want to miss any requests or leave someone feeling ignored. :) (and seriously, i have GOT to get rid of these books!!!)
